결제를 했는데 결제가 안된것같아요

어제 밤에 이 계정으로 990원짜리 결제를 했는데, 로그인 이후 크레딧이 없다고 나오네요. 원래 이게 정상인가요? 중계서버 설정하려고 하니까 안되던데… 확인 바랍니다. 핸드폰 소액결제는 완료되었다고 문자 왔어요

그리고 접속 후, 요금제는 종량제 라고 표시가 됩니다 ㅠ

In my opinion, if you’d like to know this packet loss (“Request Timed out”) is from your ISP side, you can open other Command Prompt then ping to other locations. If both of Commmand Prompt windows show “Request Timed out”, it means your ISP has an issue. However if only it happens on a window to TinMok node, it’ll be more related with TinMok node itself. :slight_smile:

Thanks for the suggestion loxch! So today, I tried what you said just now and compared all of the TinMok servers (1 to 4) with SunnyVision and HostUs and somehow I am not getting any “Request timed out.” on both but I am getting “Request timed out.” on all 4 TinMok servers. So I suppose it’s TinMok’s side then? Although I have no idea what’s the cause… I really want to use those TinMok servers because they really really provide a decent amount of ping T-T

If I understand correctly, your packet loss is caused at TikMok network. It means the peering between TikMok network and PLDT or between TikMon and hop #10 or #11 is bad or its bandwidth is saturated or capped by QoS appliance. :frowning: Unforunately my network (from US West) doesn’t have this packet loss issue to TikMok network at all.

Sorry for this unsolved status. :frowning: However if I understand TikMon network correctly, their peering is good to China ISPs but it seems it’s not true to other foreign ISPs.

I hope your ISP side found a problem to fix your issue. If there are other questions, please let me know.
