vpn pc오니 사용이 안되는데…어떻게 해야할까요

가 나오고 있습니다. 혹시 위의 링크 내용을 확인해봐 주시겠어요?

Unfortunately with this problem report I can’t figure out what was a problem at that moment because I can’t see any error messages at core logs. Is it always happening around 20 mins?
Game I was playing is Blade and Soul Asia (Taiwan) and node I’m using is TW Asia (Taiwan - Google). The problem doesn’t always occur at 20mins, sometime it take about hours for it to appear. And when it does, what happen is I’m lagging in my game up till the point where I can’t even move and after awhile, the game says I’m disconnected from the server. So I think its a latency spike at random from the node.
I’m not sure what’s a exact reason for this issue yet with current information. Did you try to play after turning off FastConnect mode? When you get a chance, please test with or without it.
