When I’m using that Türkiye server, not working at all… Please fix this problem 
It has to be indicate Türkiye or something but when I connect to Google, Russian language comes up.
@boogodt what’s meaning of “not working at all”? Did you try to check How to check the basic functionality link and test whether it works or not?
Please check this part first. If it’s working fine but Google shows Russian language, it means something is changed at Google’s side.
