I’m currently shared this account to my younger brother at home. Yesterday he unknowingly turned on full VPN mode and try to download the Alchemy Stars game on QooApp but actually still cannot downloaded it. Therefore my over 10GB traffic has been deducted without my aware. I have changed account password and I wondering if I could have a refund for that amount of data back. Because from the time I bought the subscription, I always use as normal mode only, but never used full VPN mode.
Overall, Mudfish has been great for me to assist reducing ping in many games. Great service!
