Hello, I’m so sorry to make another ‘have not received trial credits yet after 30 minutes’ post, but I truly am waiting for the trial credits to test connection to my game (ffxiv) so I can decide if I should go ahead and buy some credits :') Thank you kindly for your help!
When I checked your account, it seems you already have a trial credit. 
Please test with it first and let me know if its credit isn’t enough to test all features of Mudfish.

Hello, I verified my email and waited more than 30 minutes, but my account still shows “No credit available”.
I would like to test Mudfish with Fortnite before purchasing credits.

@GHGH Hello! I checked your account and credit is now available for testing. Please sign out of Mudfish and sign back in to refresh your balance, then try Fortnite. If you still see “No credit available,” please send a screenshot of the message (hide your email and IP address) and tell us which Mudfish app and operating system you use.
