Trial credits "inbox"?

Hello Mudfish Technical Support,

I confirmed my email and have been waiting for the trial credit to activate, however nothing has happened. The entire dashboard is covered with MUDEC_00049 error notices. I’m trying to test FFXIV to see if there’s any improvement in latency.
The Mudfish Credits document says trial credits would be delivered to my “inbox”, where is that exactly?

If more info is needed, please let me know.

Sorry for this inconvenience… I’d set a trial credit now for your account. :slight_smile: So I think you can use all mudfish nodes and features for a while. Please let me know if there are any problems or questions.

Thank you for the trial. The mudfish nodes reduced latency in FFXIV from 93ms with frequent dropouts to 70ms with vitually no dropouts.
This was from Toronto, Canada to Sacramento, California.
