Trial Credits Not Received + Error MUDEC_01643

Hello, it has been 2 hours since I verified my mudfish account but I still haven’t got the trial credits. Could I please have them so I can test it out before buying?

I also followed the Quickstart guide but got the error code MUDEC_01643 when at the step to equip ‘What’s my IP?’. According to the document could mean that I have no credits. Is it because I need the trial credits to do the Quickstart?

Hello, I did get the trial credit and used it all while testing so decided to buy some credit. However after purchasing and having the funds deducted from my account, I still haven’t gotten the credits in my mudfish account after 20 minutes and my payment history in my account still shows nothing. I paid through Paypal, transaction ID: 08B13721K7334514G

Is it still same? When I checked your payment status, it seems it’s already solved. Please let me know if it’s still not solved.

Hello, thank you for checking, yes the credits arrived in my account a few hours after the purchase so there’s no issue there. Unfortunately, mudfish is reporting 6-10% packet loss during gameplay on two different games (LoL and FFXIV) with the error code MUDEC_00238 but I’m not sure if this could be my ISP or the mudfish nodes (I have it set to multi path mode with one of them being auto selection). Could you please advise?

Umm… At this moment, I’m not sure why this issue is from. However please check MUDEC_00238 document for this error code.
