tried it for awhile today and it does decrease my ping in Tera by 50-60ms but wondering if there is anything i should customize or select to get even better results or does the program select the best nodes already ?

Tera is a basic guidline for Tera game item and please check FAQ - Nodes about how to pick a better node because most of results is up to mudfish node you’d picked.
