Tried to use with no balance?

Tried to use this software with no balance in the account because I didn’t know it was even a thing.
Granted it did not work for what I installed it for, nor did it work after I verifief the account and got a small amount of balance.

Did the program simply not work because I had no balance? Will I be somehow charged for the time I “used” the program without balance?

@Ahglas When I checked your account, I can see your account has a trial credit.

Please confirm that How to check the basic functionality works fine in your environment. It’s a first thing you should test.
