Trying to connect from Brisbane AU to North America for the game Black Desert Online. Was working correctly yesterday, now I have 3000 ping via your service. I can connect with no problem without Mudfish. I have confirmed by enable Full VPN mode that Mudfish is working. When I switch back from Full VPN mode, it goes back to 3000ping. Problem between AU and NA?
I am having issues with mine aswell, I also use this fro BDO and im IN aus aswell

Bump; happening for me aswell from Brisbane to NA, constant 3000 ms.
Same symptoms from Sydney here, tried a few nodes but the same symptom - the item RTT shows regular values but dashboard sits at 3000.
In mudfish, 3000 ms ping means there’s a packet loss between mudfish node and your desktop. Please check How to check the basic functionality first whether it’s okay.
