Did you try to set a mudfish node manually for your game item? If I remember correctly, LoL Taiwan blocks the connections from other countries. So I think only few of mudfish nodes are accessible.
which connections is working? i cant even connect to the game

SoftEther then launch Mudfish with Full
VPN
mode
after terminate it or try to change your
node.
Even these workaround
doesn’t work, we no more support to bypass to Destination Server.
