Hello! i am someone from The Netherlands, and the new Umamusume global servers are not available for us, because its banned here. I tried to use the existing Umamusume item, but it did not work for me no matter what I tried. I also tried to create a new item and add ‘P:UmamusumePrettyDerby.exe’ and route to another server (RU Europe and DE Europe) but this also didnt work.
I was wondering how I could make a new item to access the global servers.
Could you please confirm that it’s also same with Full VPN mode enabled?
If it works fine with Full VPN mode enabled, it means there’s something a problem in the game item of Mudfish.
For that case, I need to collect some game packets using Packet Capture with Mudfish.
With Full VPN mode, I am able to access the game when selecting Japan as the region with no issues. Selecting South Korea also allows access to the game, but with numerous communication errors.
I ran the packet capture through Mudfish (Japan server selected) and have uploaded it to the private support section for you to look at.
