It is also usually accompanied by MUDEC_00319: Failed to authenticate using ID/PWD.
I’ve tried changing my passwords a few times now but it doesn’t seem to help.

Weird… Are you using the cached ID/PWD to input mudfish account information from the browser? At your problem report, I can see the following data.
{ "username": "Plightz ", "autologin": true, ... }
As you can see, there’s some space characters after ‘Plightz’, I think this issue is caused by that.
