Unable to log in

Hello, I am unable to log in to mudfish, it doesn’t recognise my password. When I ask for a reset link to be sent, it doesn’t arrive. I have checked my junk/spam folders too.

Any help would be great.

@buiadh What’s your mudfish ID? Is buiadh one you lost the password?

Yes that’s correct. The account name is buiadh

Same problem. I’m not receiving any reset password email.

I now received an email with a temporary password so I can log in. Thanks.
