it’s been two days that I couldn’t sign in for. Is there a maintenance or something?
it pops an message “Failed to connect to the authentication.”
Bypassing feature didn’t work also, btw.
I searched and noticed that this issue happened before, and I knew that you need mudrun_stdout.txt for more detail. However, I couldn’t connect to Private Support also.
So what do I need to do to help you solve my problem?
Are you under the network firewall? Please send me Problem Report while this issue is happening if possible? I need to check the internal logs.
Interestingly enough, I can sing in now. I’m not sure if my issue was due to Mudfish latest version release.
