Unable to use on MacOS (MUDEC_00546)

I’m a new mudfish user using MacOS, I just purchased credits but I’m unable to use the VPN.

Currently getting the error MUDEC_00546, meaning I the Network Extension isn’t working correctly.

So far I’ve uninstalled (using the recommended methods for MacOS) and then reinstalled - didn’t work.

I’ve also verifed that the Network Extension is installed and turned on.

The only recommendation for the error code is to uninstall and reinstall which I have done but didn’t get anywhere with that. Please help.

Did you check the following document? Two things you need to activate; 1) VPN profile 2) SystemExtension.
