Hello Mudfish Support Team,
I recently purchased a 32GB data plan to use exclusively for playing Counter-Strike 2 (FaceIT). However, my entire 32GB allowance was completely consumed in less than a month, which seems unusually high for game traffic alone.
I made sure to use only the CS2 item and kept Full VPN Mode disabled.
Could you please check my traffic usage logs to see if this rapid consumption was caused by CDN / Amazon EC2 node leaks, Steam background traffic, or another system routing issue? If this was due to an unexpected routing error, I would greatly appreciate it if you could reset or restore my remaining data credits.
Sorry about the unexpected usage. Your CS2 item uses Multi Path, which can cost 3–4 times more credits. In CS2 Item Settings, switch the node mode to Basic and pause Steam downloads while playing.
Full VPN is off and WFP is enabled. Connection logging is currently off; available data cannot confirm a CDN/Steam leak. Please enable Connection Log under Account → Edit Profile, reproduce briefly, and send Status → Access Log entries with the time and timezone. Credit restoration requires an administrator’s review.
Thank you for reaching out! I’ve posted my response in the Private Support section under the topic you created. Could you please take a look there at your convenience?
