Unusually high latency to Blade and Soul NA Cross Server Dungeon

Greetings.

So recently maybe about 1 month ago. there seems to be unusual increase in latency or Lag in Blade and Soul NA Server, when i am using the Mudfish service and heading to F8 (cross server dungeon) Open world and raid is somehow fine.

When i went inside cross server dungeon or dungeon in general (non open world instance) The game become gradually lagged down to the point i cannot cast any skill.

I would provide a dump file if requested.

Sorry for this belated response. However I’m not familiar with cross server dungeon of Blade and Soul. Is the game server at different country or location?

When you get a chance, please test with Full VPN mode enabled whether it’s same or not.

If this mode solves your problem, it means there’s a missing game server IP at mudfish game item for Blade and Soul.
