Update Server IPs for FFXIV Item

There was a server IP change to FFXIV so the VPN doesnt work to the game for Chaos and Light servers unless you use full-vpn mode

Item: Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn
Servers:
Europe (Germany - Chaos) and Europe (Germany - Light)

Old IP:
195.82.50.xx

New IP:
80.239.145.xx
