On 16 Aug 2025, I purchased Mudfish Credits (5,900 KRW, $4.99) through the Apple App Store using my Apple ID (aya_alrahahlah@icloud.com).

The issue is that I forgot the email and password of my original Mudfish account. Even though the purchase appears in my Apple subscriptions, the Mudfish app does not recognize me as a paid user.
Could you please help me recover the account linked to this purchase, or transfer the credits to my new account?
This is urgent because I need access before resetting my iPad.
@Loloa Please check qamar mudfish ID for this order ID. MVS205MSFN transaction ID is associated with this account. So it looks like it’s handled properly in the past.
I tried resetting the password for the Mudfish ID qamar. The system says that a reset email was sent, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive anything in my inbox or spam folder.
Could you please resend the reset email, or help me change the email address associated with this account so I can receive it properly?
