I’ve made a new account and tried to connect. It said upon creation I would receive free credits to try it out but my account keeps saying 0.
Could free trial credits be sent to me?

When I checked your account, it seems you already have a trial credit. 
Please test with it first and let me know if its credit isn’t enough to test all features of Mudfish.
