Does anyone know why my VPN keeps getting disconnected. Im able to play only for like 2-3 minutes then the vpn gets disconnected. I then tried connecting to other indian servers but im facing the same issue. It’s been like 3 days in a row now. I’m only using Indian servers cuz only with those i can play BGMI. None of the many indian servers is stable. Mudfish team, kindly help me with this issue. Plus a lot of my mudfish data is also being used for a few hours of gaming. Please let me know when this happens.
Which mudfish program are you using? Are you using mudfish app for iOS? Or mudfish cloud vpn for PC/Desktop?
If possible, please send us Problem Report when this issue happens.

I could not use the VPN at all yesterday. The connection was stable only for 2 minutes literally. I have raised multiple problem reports but haven’t got any reply from mudfish team yet. Please let me know what’s the issue and kindly fix it. It would be really helpful.

last 2,3 days is hell for me with this vpn
literally getting 1to2 minute connection…then everything is gone

Im from Qatar. Has the issue been solved for you ? Well, for me its still the same. Hopefully they fix it soon. No one has even replied to my problem reports yet.

i am using gambit now with north Indian server
it is giving me like around 50 ms stable
so you can try that also
they are not fixing this issue

I still facing the same issue for the past 1 week now. VPN is stable only for a few minutes and then it get disconnected no matter which ever IN Asia server i connect to this keeps happening. It is frustrating at this point. I have even made multiple problem reports now. Kindly fix this issue asap. 
I did check you reply on the private support.
Im getting so much of this notification saying error code : 57
Kindly resolve this issue. Im out of options at this point.
Bro are you using premium of the free version?
Because i tried using gambit free version before to test it out i got 130-150 ms but after a week or so it got even worse.

I tired what you suggested in the private topic page. The VPN seems to disconnect only when i load the game and start playing. Yesterday, after connecting the VPN i kept my phone idle for a few minutes and the VPN stayed connected. When i open BGMI it got disconnected. I’m not sure whats the issue here. Kindly check on this and fix it please.
Which iPhone model are you using and how many memory has it? If it’s happening with BGMI, I suspect that this issue could be related to out of memory issue.
Im using iPhone X and right now it has about 5-6 GB of free space. VPN connection was still unstable. But now like yesterday and today morning it was fine. No disconnection of the VPN whatsoever. I hope I don’t face the same issue in the future. Also i read your comment on the private support (My topics) and i tried to reply there but I couldn’t. Don’t know why.

Umm… When I checked the specification of iPhone X, it has “3 GB LPDDR4X RAM”. So I guess that 5 ~ 6 GB of free space points the disk storage rather than the memory.
At this moment, I suspect that your issue is more related to out of memory issue.
FYI: When I checked nowadays iPhone 16’s memory, it has “8 GB”.
Yes, 5-6 GB of free space is my disk storage. Now for the past few days im not facing any issue with the connection. Will let you know if anything arises in the future.
