I want to migrate the old data to new shadowsocks plan.because my vps’s Status is INTERNAL_ERROR,and it can not be turn on.

Sorry for this inconvenience. :frowning: When I checked the status, Host node is down and inaccessible. Please try to create new VPS because it seems it takes a while to be restored.

Hello yanyuandi, I’m not the official, but I think you should wait until the host node is okay. This would take a moment, but the only thing you could do is wait. Take a break, and check again soon. If your VPS runs Shadowsocks only, then I think there’s no need to move your data.

你好 yanyuandi 我不是他们官方,但是他们的意思是母机有点问题,肯定是连不上 SSH 的。也拿不了数据,还是要等主节点好了之后才能拿数据。就只能等等了…
官方给的解决办法是新建一个新的 VPS。不知道大佬设备上有什么数据,但是如果只是 ssr 的话其实没必要迁移数据的。
