Not sure when it changed but WFP mode does not work with League of Legends. Disabling it immediately fixes the issue.

Looking at your screenshot, everything seems fine. This confirms that at least the WFP Item mode itself is working properly on your system.
Since it fails specifically with League of Legends, my guess is that the game’s security module (like Vanguard) might be interfering with or blocking Mudfish’s WFP operations. Due to this conflict, it’s best to play LoL with WFP mode disabled.
