What happened as shown in the figures below attached?

I am a new user on the east coast of the United States and want to connect to the World of Tank server in Russia through Mudfish Cloud VPN in the United States. I have purchased a valid subscription voucher and purchased the item of World of Tank.
But when I logged in, I ran into a problem: The auto configuration is always stuck at 50% and cannot be completed to 100% ever.
What is this problem? Can anyone help me to solve this problem? ? ?
