I’d reset your mudfish credits manually because I’m not sure what was happening to your credits. 
However did you use Full VPN mode recently?
no…im not even aware of full vpn mode
Some items in Mudfish has conflict with services
on AWS like twitch so
they would affected by your network access even without Full VPN mode.
