What is the meaning of apply configuration and when is the best time to activate it??

Applying configuration means that all proceses of mudfish (mudfish.exe, mudflow.exe, mudrun.exe) are synced with latest configuration.  Without it any configuration doesn’t be applied to the program.

1. Login to the game then, login mudfish and apply it  
2. Login to mudfish, then login to the game?

Yes; I mean the blue (o) mark next to active game item.  And for last question, you should apply the mudfish first. :-)

In mudfish, 3000 ms ping means there’s a packet loss between mudfish node and your desktop.

:frowning: However I don’t think there’s an issue at mudfish side. However the problem is that it seems IP address to calculate RTT information is protected by DDoS appliance. So it looks like that these packet loss is at the game server side.
