It’s based on UTC.

It’s per daily statistics but it doesn’t show hours and seconds. Please try to check at http://accounts.en.loxch.com/ URL.

Yes though it’s accessible via https://accounts.en.loxch.com/ with invalid domain. :frowning: Then you should check ‘Status -> Access Log’ menu at Dashboard. But it’s not very detailed.
