When I try to check the node -> server or All-in-one, there is no RTT graph and score is -1.00?

The two ip’s I’m tryint to connect is

108.61.119.170 port 27015

and

66.151.244.170 port 27015

Please check are those servers supports ICMP to check RTT

How do I know if they support? I’m not the server admin. Is there anyway?

You could run cmd.exe(on Windows) or other shell software and type the command ping [Server IP], if they responded your request e.g. Timed out means they do not respond anyway, then perhaps they support ICMP, or they do not support it currently or they just blocked your ICMP packets. If you really need to check RTT, you should contact their customer support.

I checked these server, perhaps they do not support ICMP.
