When I try to connect my VPS by ssh, it shows “No route to host”
Are you accessing from China? If then please log out and in again to see new public IP.
Yes I am accessing from China, I have log out and try the new public IP but it`s all the same 
Did you enable any kind of firewall rules? I’d checked on the router side and it shows as follows:
$ telnet 10.0.13.204 22
Trying 10.0.13.204…
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: No route to host
At here 10.0.13.204 is your private IP. But it’s blocked by firewall of your VPS. Please check it again.
No，I just choose the Debian 9 image and haven`t did anything… Let me check it
