Which data plan would be best for League of Legends performance? Such as ms consistency. Can I download Mudfish and log in same account on my other computer and use both at the same time. Like both computers playing league if a friend is playing on the other computer or should I make another account and buy the credits for the other PC to use.

Picking 1 node that shows near flat graph may considered more consistency.
