Why can't I access to the serv

Why can’t I access to the server via SSH? I have already set the port forwarding.

Weird… Which OS template did you try use and can’t access the SSH? However if you’d like to get refund, please let me know.

Both debian and ubuntu are not ok.I don’t want to refund now
