Why do i always lost connection after signing in for the first time? Either ethernet or wifi i cant connect at all need to refresh again and again the website just to connect and it will take 5-10 minutes to have connection again. My internet is fine but mudfish is taking too long to configure. Is this normal? I’m using basic mode HK Azure 3. I don’t use full vpn mode or fastconnect.
Are you meaning whole internet is disconnected? If then I don’t know why. 
Did you check your router is okay at that moment?
Yes. I always check my router if my internet connection is lost. It only happened whenever i signed from mudfish then configuring and maybe 1-2 minutes after signing in my connection will be lost either on wifi and ethernet even in my other devices like my phone. I disabled my firewall.
Weird… Then did you try to change Connection Protocols to TCP based? I’m not sure this issue is happending at your router level or your desktop level.
It’s now fine when i changed Connection Protocols to TCP. Thank you. And i will observe it for now :).
