Why do my credit suddenly gone? it was 14gb before, and it gone and my credit went minus in an instant?

my credit is still at 14gb when I play Lost ark, my game suddenly DCed, so I check my mudfish. it suddenly become minus. what is happening???

First sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately, I think your issue is related to Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents.

However, I’d reset your mudfish credits a little bit.
