Hi my traffic balance is decreasing very very fast. Like today, I bought 2.99$ credit. My traffic balance was 24GB then after a like 3-5 games of VALORANT it became 4.23GB? Help me please
Please visit ‘Account -> Edit profile’ menu to enable the Connection Log feature to see where your traffics were used.
At this moment I don’t know why because as default we’re doing any kind of logging to trace your traffics for privacy protection.
However please note that I’d reset your mudfish credits little bit for your convenience.
Okay it is turned off by default. But now i turned it on. Thank you for the response and action greatly appreciated.
