I’m not sure your issue is still not solved.  However please check http://ko.loxch.com/userrtt/?uid=151345 for your RTT information recorded at Mudfish side.  When I checked your information, it seems your ISP are pretty unstable to most of mudfish nodes except few singapore nodes.  Did you check your ISP first?
