Wildcard Support for Domain in Custom Items Menu

Im trying to create a custom item for a website. The website calls a million subdomains from its root domain. Is it possible to add a *.domain.com wildcard hostname in the custom item to easily allow the all those subdomains to included in the custom item as well?

Is it the simple website? If then how about to use Mudfish Browser Extension? If then, I think you can use PAC (Proxy Auto-Config) syntax to filter these domains.
