Viettel 1 has been gone for a while now and Viettel 2 is kinda bad for League of Legends Vietnam. Will it come back? Also, the new VN Lightnode servers are ip-blocked by League of Legends Vietnam. Viettel and Vinahost are the only servers that aren’t blocked. Any alternatives or any plans to increase the number of Viettel or Vinahost? 
Preferrably Ho Chi Minh servers
