There is no selection of Sweden in your options in WoW Item, please add it.
Many popular EU servers are in that Cluster

However could you please confirm that 213.248.123.0/24 is still the game server IP in Stockholm, Sweden?
I performed some tests whether there’s a alive game server on this game server range but no found one alive. 
So I little bit doubt that it’s still at there. Might be a wiki information is old one at this point.

It shows server location in Germany but mudfish item selector doesn’t have germany as server too.
Thank you for these information. I’d tested some and saw the result of this looking-glass. But it seems they hide an actual public IP they used to test at the result. So not sure that it’s at France or Germany actually.
Did you try to test with “Europe (France)” destination? If it’s still different, please send us some game packets using Packet Capture with Mudfish link. I need to check game packets to analyze.

For some reason my ping with Full VPN mode is 150-200ms which is playable
But when I select it normally with Europe (France) destination as item, the ping is around 3000ms
@Inviz In mudfish, 3000 ms means the packet loss. So it looks that there’s packet losses while testing the realtime RTT graph at somewhere.
