Would like to know how to setup network on VPS Windows since can’t connect with Remote Desktop so please tell me how to setup network and tell me about information gateway and dns

Please do Port Forwarding for use Remote Desktop Protocol

Then we’re using those IP addresses

Did you check your Windows VPS is accessible to the internet? First you should make sure that the internet access on Windows works fine.

If I using spice client I can connect to server but I would like to connect to server with public network or I have to change my dns network then I can connect my server and also in my server seem like can’t access internet

Yes. In somagu service, VirtIO drivers are required to access the internet. Did you try to install too?
