I lost all my balance and negative balance

I lost all my balance (last time I saw it about 2.00AUD or lower a little). and I can’t see remain balanced at the VPN dashboard but see it negative in Exchanges Mudfish Credit. I use for pso2ngsJP and Genshin for now.

First sorry for this incovenience. Unfortunately I think your issue is related with Amazon EC2, Twitch and Mudfish and CDN and Mudfish links. Please read these documents. However I’d reset your mudfish credits little bit.
