Hi there, I’m a long time mudfish user that has always been impressed by the quality of your service. I’m from Australia and should be getting around 135 ping to hongkong servers on NewZ but it seems like their routing is terrible so they give me 215 ping without any vpn: [connection1] I tried adding Infestation NewZ Game item on my mudfish admin panel and used a sydney node in a basic mode. Except this time, its for US servers. Mudfish doesnt recognize the US servers and doesn’t apply “game item” settings to them. It only shows “canada/montreal” as the server option on Mudfish and when I tick that one it doesnt change my ping ingame (290 with or without vpn). But should be about 200.

Do you need me to do a packet dump for the US servers so you can adjust the game item settings for Infestation NewZ?

No problem. Then please send me some game packets using Packet Capture with Mudfish link while playing the game with Full VPN mode at US servers.

To update the game item of mudfish, I need some game packets to analyze.
