( location PH ) tw is below us

I agree that the physical distance between TW and PH is closer but network distance is quite far. :slight_smile: Please see FAQ - Nodes section first about how to pick a stable node for your case. However it seems using HK mudfish nodes is right decision at this moment though its RTT std is relatively high.

i read my comment … i think i might create a misunderstanding when i wrote ( it could have been better ) the one i am pointing out is our service provider …

( i hope in the future mudfish service can extend in ph in grander scale also my we dont screw it up )

Hello there, to do that, you need to right click on the Mudfish icon in the start menu then go to Properties and on the Shortcut tab add “-O” at the end of the Target path.

음… 근데 혹시 미꾸라지를 어디서 사용하시는지요?  먼가 굉장히 내부망이 여러개가 켭쳐져 있는 곳에서 사용하고 계신 것으로 보입니다… 네트워크 방화벽이 있는 곳인지 궁금합니다.  현재 이 문제가 현재 운영체제의 문제인지 아니면 중계 서버와의 통신에 문제가 있는 것인지 우선 테스트가 필요해 보이고 구분되어 할 것으로 보이네요.  

기숙사에서 사용중입니다 제 친구도 바로 옆에서 미꾸라지를 사용중인데 제친구랑 모든 설정이 같음에도 불구하고 제친구는 바로 실행되지만 전 여전히 됫다가 안됫다가 합니다 지역은 경남 고성에서 사용중이고요

음… 혹시 미꾸라지를 실행했는데 안될 경우, ‘상태 -> 프로세스’ 메뉴에 들어가셔서 Core 로그를 한번 확인해 주실 수 있으신가요?  먼가 경고 / 오류성의 메세지가 있는지 한번 확인 부탁드립니다.  

우선 [INFO] 메세지의 경우 모두 무시하셔도 되는 메세지들입니다.  경고 / 오류의 경우, [WARN] 혹은 [ERROR] 로 표기가 되어 있을 것입니다.  
  
다만 이 로그를 보았을 때 전혀 문제가 없는 환경으로 보이는데요, 혹시 이 상태일 때도 문제가 있으셨는지요?

미꾸라지 중앙 서버까지 연결은 성공하였지만 데이타를 보내는데 실패하였을 때 발생할 수 있는 문제입니다.
현재 미꾸라지 중앙 서버가 장애 중에 있거나, 사용하시는 인터넷 회선에 네트웍 문제가 있을 때 나타날 수 있습니다.  혹은 사용하시는 미꾸라지 버전과 중앙 서버 통신 프로그램과의 데이타 포맷이 깨졌을 때 나타날 수 있습니다.

우잉… 정말 MUDEC_00006 오류가 나신다는 말인가요? 해당 오류 메세지는 2014 년도에 삭제된 오류 메세지인데요, 먼가 이전 버전을 사용하신 듯 한데 맞는지요?    
  
최신 버전인 v4.4.3 버전은 해당 오류 메세지가 없어야 합니다.

음… 이상하군요.  보통 MUDEC_00006 오류가 나타났다면 미꾸라지 로그 쪽에도 보여야 하는데, 제 쪽에서 해당 오류가 확인이 되지 않습니다.  먼가 다른 이슈가 아닐까 하는데요, 혹시 가능하시다면 오류가 발생되셨을 때 “상태 -> 프로세스” 메뉴에 들어가시면 Core 로그가 있으실 것입니다.  해당 부분에서 오류가 난 부분에 대해 스크린샷을 하나 찍어서 보여주실 수 있으신지요?  제가 전체 오류 메세지를 봐야 좀 더 조언을 해드릴 수 있지 않을까 합니다.  

일단 정리를 하면 11월 5일건에 대해서는 환불을 해드렸고, 10월 29일자, 11월 8일자해서 총 5,980 원에 대해 처리를 해드렸는데요, 한번 확인해 보시고 제가 부족하게 처리한 것이 있다면 언제든지 말씀해 주세요. :slight_smile:

일단 FastConnect 모드 를 Off 하신 후, FAQ-중계 서버 관련 문서를 참조하셔서 Full VPN 모드으로 하나씩 일본 중계 서버로 변경하시면서 테스트를 해보셨는지요?

It’s working great, thanks! But there are alot of “fake” pings, as in they show way lower than what is geographically possible.

No problem. I’ll check it when I get a chance but please be aware that it takes some times because I should search old DB datas. :slight_smile: As temporary workaround, I’d topped some mudfish credits for you.
