Since yesterday, it started working slow, now MapleStory Global works like it’s not using VPN or anything, I thought it had to update to the new version, so it did. But nothing changed, what can I do? Wait for them to fix it?
Uninstalled then reinstalled. Problem still persists, it’s even faster without VPN now. Please revert changes from your sistem 
Ok, enabled TCP and all that stuff, and now it’s working like a charm. I didn’t know about this, thanks @ weongyo
